La calidad de servicio del cliente interno basado en el modelo SERVQUAL y su relación con la satisfacción laboral en una empresa de transporte de carga pesada de Lima Metropolitana, 2021

چکیده
El objetivo principal de la investigación es determinar relación entre calidad servicio y satisfacción laboral basado en técnica del modelo SERVQUAL. Asimismo, busca las dimensiones fiabilidad, capacidad respuesta, seguridad, empatía elementos tangibles, con variable laboral. Se utilizó una metodología basada un enfoque mixto cuantitativo-cualitativo, el nivel descriptivo-correlacional diseño no experimental corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 98 trabajadores, todos ellos conductores. Los datos se obtuvieron a través encuestas escala tipo Likert. métodos análisis fueron descriptivo correlacional. resultados señalan que variables correlacionan forma positiva alta (0.783), lo concluye cliente interno todas sus relacionan
